Hi,
My fitbit is less than a month old and yesterday the screen went black. I have searched the discussion points here and tried each of the suggest hard reboot, charge reboot etc. Since this topic has been going since 2018 there must be a technical issue, any updates??? New ideas to try??

This has happened to me before, when I first had the inspire hr, the screen would go black, it would turn back on within 2 hrs of the screen turning off.... has it turned back on yet??

Mine has the same problem. I have had it for a few months. About once a month it does that. I have no idea why.

Thank you. Yes after using several of the fix options several times, it simply restarted randomly 40 minutes after I gave up...weird as
