Hello,
This is my issue: FitBit Inspire 2 is stuck on the main clock face screen. I cannot scroll through to any of its features like NOTIFICATIONS, EXERCISES, TIMERS, etc.
When I hold down the side button, the only feature to work is QUICK SETTINGS.
I keep trying to reset by holding down the side button, but the QUICK SETTINGS just keep appearing. I'm unable to reset my FitBit Inspire 2.
Has anyone experienced this issue? At this point, I'm going to wait for my FitBit Inspire 2 to completely lose its charge.
I appreciate any assistance/ thoughts/ suggestions. Thank you!

Your inspire 2 is probably also asking you to use another clock.
Let's change to another clock face, then if you want, you then should be able to switch back

Changing the clock face and then syncing the device completed corrected the problem. Thank you very much!
May I ask your advice about the other issue, the inability to reset my FitBit Inspire 2? Holding down the side button whenever I try to reset doesn't work. I don't get the smiling FitBit logo, it just goes to the QUICK SETTINGS menu. Any suggestions?
