I've has my Inspire for a week divice is not turning on. Nothing, its completely dead. No light up, no vibration. I've tried all the top tips for re starting etc & still nothing my phone is not finding it when I turn on & try to re sync.
So its back in the box I'm so dissatisfied with it.
Any HELP appreciated.

Did you try charging it? If the battery is dead, nothing will display. What does the app show for a battery level for your Inspire? Edit: Whoops, I just saw that you said your phone isn't finding it. That sounds like it needs to be charged. At least that's what happens to mine when the battery has drained. You might have to set it on the charger for a minute or so before you see anything on the screen.

I've got a similar issue but mine is showing as fully charged but the app on my phone isn't finding it....so frustrating.....

Have you tried rebooting your phone? If that doesn't do it, uninstall and the app and then reinstall. Sometimes that's all that is needed. (Not all the time but it might help.)

Hi thanks for replying yes it was fully charged & the fitbit symbol was on the screen while I was setting it up, then the next morning & after that there has been nothing its complete dead.

Oh man... 😞 You'll probably have to submit a support ticket, if you haven't already.
