FitBit Inspire no longer showing walks and runs with times under Activities

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

FitBit did not resolve my problem but my issue was cleared anyway. The FitBit app on my desktop computer no longer shows the time and duration of my walks and runs in Activities.  The last time ANYTHING was automatically recorded was January 3, 2022.  I manually recorded the run on January 11,2022.  And of course the yoga classes.

Please help.  I have exhausted the issue on the FitBit forums. The suggestions didn’t work for me (and for others).  What changed that my Fitbit no longer provides this useful information?  How can this be fixed?  I changed NOTHING and yet something happened on Jan 3rd.

See Below for all activities registered and when a walk was last automatically recorded.  I do NOT want to have to manually enter my walks and runs.  What's the FitBit for if it can't do that?

Am I correct in assuming that you are not willing to use the Exercise App, and insist on these activities being auto-recognized?

If not, see How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi Johnny,

Yes I want the activities to be automatically recorded.  I have been a Fitbit user since the original days and that's the function I like the most.  Otherwise, I could just record my exercises in an Excel worksheet..........

At the very least walks and runs should be automatically recorded and they were until it stopped on Jan 3rd.

Hi Space Racer, any ideas on how to solve this issue?  FitBit just contacted me (auto-email) to ask if it is resolved, so THEY can show it solved on their end.  But I've not found a solution from any of the boards.
