Fitbit App main screen stats not updating

My sleep information and weight updated this morning but the new information in not showing on the main Fitbit app screen.

Let me help you with your data not showing on your Fitbit app. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If the issue persist please share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account.

I tried this and it updated but the next day the same problem occurred.  I have no idea how to take a screen shot on my phone.

I haven't got the Inspire HR, but I was having a similar problem this morning.  The way I fixed it was to slide the slider across to "all day" et voila!

 

I'm a very new Fitbit user so it might not work for you, but that's what has worked for me this afternoon, so I hope it works for you too.

In your account settings, maybe see if there's an option for how often it refreshes?  There's an option somewhere in the Inspire settings that you can choose for it to refresh in "real time" instead of a certain number of minutes or whatever... is that the same for the HR too?
