Hi everyone,
I'm having a frustrating issue with the Fitbit app. Every time I try to log in with my email address and password, I receive the message: "Error contacting Recaptcha. Please go back and try again."
I've tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Has anyone else experienced this problem? I would really appreciate any advice or solutions you might have.

Did you noticed if this happened when you were connected to a wifi or mobile data?
Are you using a VPN, an AdBlocker or the Private DNS ? If so this could be an issue with the connection.
Try logging in with the log in with Google button
Do you get the error message too?

Switch on mobile data and try to log in. Make sure you have a good signal as well.

That didn't work but I tried logging in again but this time I didn't use saved passwords from my phone and just typed it in and it worked. Hopefully this might help someone else with the same issue!
