Fitbit HR does not turn on - recently purchased

Hi All,

 

I got just got fitbit HR may 40-50 days ago. I had it on the charger today and after taking it off, it just doesn't turn on. I've tried to reset it and it just does not display any screen, it doesn't show the charging screen when placing back on the charger, and shows no sign of life. I never showered or had any water constant so not sure whats going on...it just decided to die?? Is there a fix to this or what can I do?

Welcome to the forums @orthodude42, I'm sorry to see that you're having trouble with the device not responding.
