I held the button for 5-10 seconds waited for a viberate. Cleaned my watch and charge prongs.
I contacted fitbit and they sent me a new watch. It was a quick 5 minute chat. Verified it was me and what watch I had, where I purchased it, ect.
It arrived in the mail by puralator less than a week later.
