Hi,  My fitbit HR screen shows nothing but vibrates every now and again.  I tried a 12 second reset and had smiley face but no screen.  I can connect to the fitbit on the phone app but no data is shown just the charged state, could someone help me please?  Thanks 🙂

I cannot update the device which make me question whether it is in fact connected.

Can you sync it? Or try a double click -- maybe a bunch of them both. When mine gets flaky it always seems a bunch of stabs in the dark before something frees it up.
