Just today my Fitbit HR's screen has gone completely blank. Please help me to get this fixed.
I don't know how to reset it with a blank screen.

This has happened to me before, when I first had the inspire hr, the screen would go black, it would turn back on within 2 hrs of the screen turning off.... has it turned back on yet??

No. It's been off all day.... at least 6 hours so far.

Same for me. Screen has been off all day in spite of getting a full charge last night.

Not mine. Still blank. All day. Buzzes when I press the button on the side but no display. Anybody know how to reboot this thing?

All I can offer is my experience. Woke this morning with a blank screen, pressed button produced usual buzz. Looked at app, incomplete overnight data, green light on. Removed Fitbit, thought it was on tighter than usual, wiped over green light. Posted in community. Pressed button again and it worked, still going now

Thanks. I just disconnected my device and reconnected it. Initially the app had trouble reconnecting but that see to have fixed it at last.

OK. All I see here are useless answers. Where is a response from the actual Fit Bit Techs?  Guess they are as useless as the fitbit deal itself. Only been using it for 3 months, shouldn't be dead already. That's pushing planned obsolescence a bit. What an idiotic fad. Wish I'd thought of it though, serious money maker.

I found that if I remove the Fitbit from the Fitbit app and then reconnect it, this solves the problem.

Try pressing the side button for 15 secs, on mine a message comes up saying
“screen active”. Friends have done this and say they get a smiley face
appear.
I had a problem with the app receiving information from the watch so I
deleted and reloaded the app.
After repeating both actions a few times I have had no problems at all for
months.
I only recharge when the recharge email is sent.

Hope this helps
