Fitbit Inspire 2 Won’t Turn On

My Fitbit was working fine and then suddenly had a black screen. It would occasionally vibrate and the happy face would come on, but no lights. Tried restarting several times, tried charging it and it’s no longer even vibrating. No response at all. I’ve only had it since Christmas.

Replying to update that on about the 12th time

of trying to restart, It finally did! So far it’s working again.

Mine is doing the same thing! The screen is black but i don't remember how to restarting again.

@ccoles happy to hear that your tracker is working again.

@Gerjhons19 you can restart your tracker by doing the following:

1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
3. Press and hold the button or buttons on your tracker for 5 seconds.
4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
