Fitbit Inspire 2 - alarm not shutting off

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have an alarm set on my Inspire- I want to shut it off and not snooze. I hit the buttons once, it comes back on like I snoozed it in 9 minutes. I hit them twice (or more) and the same thing. I am not swiping the screen like the directions say on how to snooze. What is the correct way to turn it off after one time ? How many times do I have to hit the buttons?  I finally hit them about 5 times and it seemed to stop.

@ascarcelli Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

In order to dismiss an alarm, you have to press the buttons on your tracker. Since it's not turning off, try restarting your Inspire 2 and continue monitoring its functionality.

Hope this helps.

I'm new to the confusing world of a fitbit band and just wanted an alarm to remind me to take my medications at the same time. The Fitbit is turning out to be the worst choice around. It has managed to turn me into an Elmer Fudd and want to just shoot that poor duck. Every time the alarm comes on, I try press the side buttons - but nothing happens. Sometimes it will turn off if I try every possible alternative - swiping, tapping, pressing again and again. I usually have to give up, hunt up my phone and delete the alarm. A restart did not help fix the issue.
