Hi,
I suffer from ME/CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chronic_fatigue_syndrome)
In order to avoid crashing, I have to keep my heart rate below 85 bpm at all times.
So I need a watch that can :
- monitor my heart rate continuously
- alert me when I go above my limit (vibration or sound)
I want to precise that I need this monitoring/alert :
- not only when I exercise,
- not only after 10 min of inactivity,
- but at all times.
Is there a Fitbit watch that can do it?
Thanks in advance,
Christophe

@christophep A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for getting in touch about this, I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry.
Fitbit devices track your heart rate throughout the day. In order to view your real-time heart rate you'll have to check Fitbit Today or swipe up from the clock face if you have a Fitbit Inspire 2.
Fitbit Sense notifies you when we detect that your heart rate is outside of you high or low thresholds while you appear to be inactive for at least 10 minutes. Learn more about it by checking this article.
Keep in mind that Fitbit devices are not medical devices.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

There's a clock face call HR Pacing. It's third party and free, and is designed for use by people with ME/cfs. It may be compatible with your fitbit.

Hi TerresaLG,
I just found your post on a third-party clock face called HR Pacing for people like me, struggling with ME/CFS. I did a google search with these terms with no helpful results. Could you tell me where I could find this clock face you mentioned? I’m all new to the Fitbit community, so my question might sound a bit strange….
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hello @DeepDive . Third party clock faces are only available for the smartwatches, not a tracker like the Inspire 2 (this forum). Unfortunately, that clock face was removed from the Gallery, probably by the developer.
Since you are new to the Community, let me help you in your search for answers. Use the "@" to tag a user, like I tagged you. This is how users get notifications.

I can still use mine, and it is still listed here: https://gallery.fitbit.com/en-gb/details/240bd0c9-5c5a-4dc3-9a1b-b738c26c5143 But, yes, it is specific to certain Fitbits. I use mine on the Sense.

@TerresaLG Thanks for the update. It didn’t come up I’m my search. The search function could use a little work. There is no space in the name — HRPacing. I searched with a space — HR Pacing.
This looks like a very useful clock face. I think many users would like it. I will remember this when other users with ME/CFS ask for help.
