Fitbit Inspire 2 heart rate and zone minutes

When I go for a walk my Inspire 2 HR is registering Cardio zone minutes, no idea why. I don't think the HR function is working correctly as it normally only go into the Cardio zone on a run.

@Ssdburgess It's good that the community is growing!

 

I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
