I have an Inspire 2 and I have given my Fitbit account permission to share data with the Everyone Active Fitness Planner. This has been working fine until about a week ago when it stopped.
I have revoke access and added it again and rebooted the device but nothing. Any ideas?
I’ve reached out to EA but not heard back from them.
Thanks in advance.
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

A warm welcome to the community forums @SueC22.
Thanks for letting us know about the inconvenience of uploading data to Everyone Active.
In this case, revoke access and added it again should fix the issue.
I'd invite you to wait until Everyone Active Fitness gets in contact with you.

Thanks but I’ve already done that several times.
