Fitbit Inspire 2 no vibration for calls option?

I can't for the life of me find any settings anymore to make my Inspire 2 vibrate when I get a call. I turned it off months ago, but now I want to use it as I've missed important calls because my stupid phone wouldn't vibrate, either. I can't see any setting for it in the app or on the actual website dashboard. I've looked under notifications, I've googled it. DND and Sleep are off as well.

Google gives me this:
If paired to an Android phone, your Fitbit watch or tracker can alert you to notifications at any time: From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon > your device image > Notifications. In the Vibration Settings section, turn on the Always Vibrate option.

I don't see any vibrate option in any notification settings at all. Was this removed?

Hello @NorseShadow

If your DND or Sleep mode are not turned off it should Vibrate.

If you have an Android phone, you can set your Fitbit device to always send you notifications. You need to open the Fitbit App, (not the online dashboard) then tap your Profile Picture. Scroll down to and tap notifications. In the Vibration Settings section, turn on the Always Vibrate option.

😃Your taking the path using the online dashboard when you should be going through the Fitbit App. Try that and tell me if this answers your question.

The problem is when I go to my fitbit app, and tap the profile picture, then notifications, I never see any vibration settings on it at all. All it has is push notification settings on my app, no vibration settings at all. I can't upload the screenshot I took of it. The vibration settings in notifications is just simply not there at all.

Hello again @NorseShadow

Check these settings….open the Fitbit App, tap profile picture then scroll down to and tap inspire 2. Next scroll down to and tap notifications. Make sure all the notifications you want are enabled.

Next, while on the same page, tap App notifications then here ensure all your Apps that you want notifications from are enabled.

Remember to sync your Inspire 2 so that your tracker will accept any changes you made.

🤞 Hopefully this helps

I can't find the settings for vibrations anywhere in the app at all. I wish I could attach the screenshot - all I have under notifications on my app is push notifications and email notifications, nothing there for vibration at all.

I followed those instructions you sent, and when I tap on the Inspire device, it doesn't even show any notifications settings at all. This would be easier if I could show you what I'm seeing with the screenshots I took.

I open my Fitbit App, tap my profile picture then tap inspire 2. All I see is these options:
Sync Now
Reminders to Move
Main Goal
Wrist Placement
Silent Alarm
Exercise Shortcuts

Nothing at all about any notifications.

Hello again @NorseShadow

Thats odd you don’t find notifications settings. Let’s try this. Log out of the Fitbit app, uninstall the app, restart your phone then reinstall the app. You won’t lose any of your data reinstalling the app. Just sign in like you always do with your email address and password.

Then again once you reinstall the Fitbit app….

open the Fitbit App, tap profile picture then scroll down to and tap inspire 2. Next scroll down to and tap notifications. Make sure all the notifications you want are enabled.

Next, while on the same page, tap App notifications then here ensure all your Apps that you want notifications from are enabled.

Remember to sync your Inspire 2 so that your tracker will accept any changes you made.

keep me updated on how it goes
