HELP!
I got a Fitbit Inspire 2 for Christmas 2020. Just a few days ago, after I charged it, I noticed that it stopped tracking my sleep and my heart rate. My husband got this for me, specifically for those reasons. Can anyone help me know how to get them working again? I updated the app and rebooted the fitbit itself.
Or am I out of luck?
It's very frustrating that I haven't even had it for a year and this happened.
(This is under versa 2 bc it didn't give me an option for Inspire 2 as a label)

@Chicki06 Welcome to the Community.
Thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Make sure that your tracker isn't in the clip mode as this will disable the sleep and heart rate detection just like you described. Go to your tracker's settings to change this.
Hope this helps.

Unfortunately I don't even see an option to have accidentally put it on clip. On the actual device I didn't see anywhere that would state that and on the app on my phone, it's listed as being on my non-dominant wrist, which is where I've had it...
Scratch that! I found it and that's exactly what the issue was!! It's fixed!
Thank you, thank you, thank you so much!

@Hkanter76 if you press and hold both buttons on the Inspire 2, you'll get a list of settings. Swipe up until you get to the last one. It should say "On Wrist", if you want see your heart rate. If it says "On Clip", tap on that and change it to "On Wrist".

It states that all features are available, but it won't let me change to on wrist?

Please, tell me what you did differently as I cannot find the clip/wrist option in any of the settings. Tried resetting and that didn’t help. Tried all of the quick settings in the watch, that didn’t work. What’s the secret?
