After I changed the Standard timezone after daylight savings, fitbit stopped syccing HR and Sleep scores. Steps are synced. My Samsung phone states the Fitbit device is syncing, but not everything.

@jspearsrx you may want to verify that your Inspire 2 is not set to "On Clip" because that would disable the heart rate feature. To check this, press and hold both buttons on the sides of the device. You'll get a list of settings. Swipe up until you get to the last one. It should say "On Wrist". If it says "On Clip", tap on that and change it to "On Wrist" to enable heart rate detection.

Addition: I did a setting reboot and a hard reboot and these actions did not fix the problem.
