Fitbit Inspire 2 will not connect to bands due to broken plastic; advice?

Hi all,

I bought an Inspire 2 because I was dealing with some health issues and needed to track my heart rate and steps. I noticed recently that the band would no longer attach; I tried swapping the band itself, but it did not work. It appears that one side of the plastic where the band attaches is broken, causing it to slip out. I can’t recall any specific moment where this happened.

I ordered my device through Amazon and, if I’m understanding correctly, do not qualify for a warranty because of it; the help center says I must go through Amazon for returns, and Amazon has a starkly smaller return window of 30 days. I’m a little concerned about investing in another one if it broke so easily, but I still need a way to track my heart rate. Does anyone know of any bands that might work despite the broken plastic or of any other options I may have?

Hello @CLK2002 and welcome to the Community.  This third party band holds the pebble and doesn't use the pins.  It might work for you.  Please check the size range as it is different from Fitbit's typical small size.

BTW, Fitbit no longer has the 45 day return window feature.
