Hi, I don’t have a ticket and I have the same problem. Inspire 2, won’t hold a charge. I’ve tried everything. I’ve reset it, I have charged it through my computer; everything that was suggested online, I’ve tried. Please help!

The Inspire 2 is defective. I have had the most unpleasant experience using it. Customer care is also not helpful

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do. The Inspire 2 is a faulty product and FitBit would not replace it when I contacted them. They offered a 30% discount on a new tracker. I researched a lot of trackers after that, but still ended up buying another Fitbit because it was the best fit for what I wanted...and it got the best reviews. I now have a Charge 5 and am very happy with it. I purchased the protection plan, just in case. Crossing my fingers it lasts. Good luck.

See above.
