My Fitbit Inspire HR is 5 minutes slow.  How can I fix this?

Hi @annette54 let's open the Fitbit app Ms Lee the tracker sync. The time should be adjusted during a sync.

The time is off be about 10 minutes and it's getting worse.  How do I set the time?  What are the three little dots on the back of the Fitfit Inspire?
