In the last few days I noticed the following:
- Fitbit alarm works intermittently. Some days it will not go off when its set.
- Every time the alarm does go off, it lasts for about 20 seconds instead of the 1 minute mentioned in the user manual: "Inspire HR automatically goes into snooze mode if you ignore the alarm for more than 1 minute."

Fitibit is synced via Apple iOS13 (latest app and OS updates)
Troubleshooting performed:
- Made sure firmware is up-to-date
- cleared fitbit cache
- Restarted fitbit
- factory reset fitbit
- Re-synced via app
- 'Forgot Device' via bluetooth
- rebooted iphone
- made sure app is up-to-date
- re-installed app
- reset alarms (deleted and re-created)
- Exchanged device for a brand new one
Same issue. Alarm goes off after about 20 seconds instead of 1 minute.
Has anyone got any ideas or resolutions splease?
