Fitbit Inspire HR, FRANCE - screen keeps scrolling apps permanently

Hi! I was so pleased to buy my first Fitbit - but after initializing it with the updated software, as indicated by the app, I keep having the screen going from one app to the next. After trying many soft restarts and hard restarts too, I can't get it to stop scrolling the apps, which I can't even get to much, either by using the screen or the side button. I'm so disappointed... I'm half tempted to return it for good. What should I do?

Hi, I've had my Fitbit Inspire HR since June and never had any issues until now - which is the same as the other user mentioned above, where the screen keeps scrolling through apps on its own. I have also tried to restart it multiple times to no avail. I'm in Beijing, China. Please let me know what I should do!
