Hi!
My Fibit Inspire HR stopped working after I went for a short swim. I was only in the water for 5 minutes and when I went to check the screen, it froze. The screen won't change or register my swipes. I have had it for under a year and this is not the first time it has randomly stopped working. If anyone else has had this problem and/or can help that would be great!

Hi, @Bernadette_W , your Inspire HR is meant to be waterproof, so a swim should not hurt it. I would suggest plugging it in to charge in the usual way and make sure it has a good charge - an hour or two shouod be fine, then give it the restart pricedure:
While it is still plugged in and charging press and hold the button for about 5 seconds, and you should feel a slight vibration and see a smiley face icon, indicating that the Fitbit has restarted. Hopefully after that it will return to working normally.
If this doesn’t work the first time, please try again, holding the button for somewhat longer.
Usually a restart, even if you have to try it a few times, will sort this out.
