Fitbit Inspire HR - banner for firmware update has disappeared

I saw the banner for the firmware update last week. Decided to finally update the firmware to 20001.63.12 today, but the banner is now gone. No sign of the firmware update on the mobile apps (both iOS and Android) nor the website. 

 

I decided to finally upgrade to the latest firmware version because my Fitbit it's now struggling to sync.

Can someone please help?

Hi @GiorgiaA In your app go to your account page (Icon/avatar in the top left corner) and if there is an update available there will be a red update icon next to the Inspire in the devices list.

I will move this to the Inspire Forum as you have posted in Alta HR.
