Fitbit Inspire HR battery dies so fast

I got my inspire HR less than a year ago. the battery lasted about 5 days.  now it's lasting 1.5 days. 

I've followed all the instructions that this forum recommended but nothing seems to work. this morning I had 70% now 8 hours into the day it is down to 10%. My screen isn't on, no notifications are on- i literally only use it as a clock and to track my activities and steps at this point. 

 

PLEASE HELP.
