Hi everyone,
I hope I can get some help here because I couldn't through the official support channels.
I have recently started counting my calories and I would find great help in the stats provided by my FitBit just for those activities I wouldn't start an exercise session for like walking, moving around, biking to the store and stuff like that. However, I have noticed that my FitBit behaves very strangely.
Here's an example:
Two days ago I woke up at 6:15 AM packed my gym bag and walked 15 min to the gym. At 7:10 AM my watch was showing around 400kcal burnt. Fine must be the calories burnt while existing and sleeping and that short walk.
I worked out (activity: weights, burnt 280kcal), then went on with my day.
At 5:30 PM I was on the train at the FitBit said my total burnt calories were around 1600.
I stepped off the train, got my back and biked home for a little less than 20 min. At 6:20 PM my Fitbit was showing around 300kcal burnt.
It's like it completely resetted and for some reason it showed a random 300kcal.
Something similar just happened again: I lived my life as normal today, a 1 hour workout, I went on a boat with my friends and rowed a little bit, came back home at 6 PM and it said 1100kcal burnt in total. Removed the watch for a shower (this didn't happen the other day, I had it on the whole time just so you know) and after showering and stuff it says now 320kcal.
What is happening here? Can somebody help me? Thanks!

Does the phone app also show the low number or is that just on the watch display?
