I recently "upgraded" to an Inspire HR when my Alta HR began incorrectly reporting my HR readings as tachycardic for days in a row. The Inspire has been nothing but trouble.
1. It fails to log sleep as sleep. When I manually add the sleep hours, it can't calculate the sleep stages
2. It fails to log steps.
3. Today I took a 30 minute walk. When I opened the app to sync, it would not register the activity. I manually added 30 minutes of walking as exercise. It then *deducted* over 1,000 steps from my count and removed the 37 minutes of activity it had recorded. How could this happen? I force restarted the tracker, and the data is still incorrect.
I use my Fitbit to motivate me to move more, and I can't say strongly enough how demotivating it is to have an unreliable device reporting inaccurate data. I've had a One, an Alta HR, and an Inspire HR, and each one is getting worse and worse. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, can it be resolved?
