Hello,
I've purchased my 1st Fitbit ever about a year ago - the inspire HR - and today, out of nowhere and after being fully charged it died. And now it won't turn on at all - I've tried connecting it to the charger, pressing the button for over 15 secs plenty of times but nothing.
I'm quite bummed because I know they usually last a few more years and now I'm unsure if it's this model that has issues or if it was me somehow.
Is there a way that I can fix it or do I just have to accept it's gone?
Also, if I have to buy a new one, what model usually is better/lasts longer?
Many thanks!

Hi @sofscaldeira your profile says you joined in August 2020 and the warranty is generally one year in the US. Might be worth it to contact support.
Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

Hi @Odyssey13 thanks for this reply!
My issue is that I did not get a warranty...at the time I didn't know this was an option so I don't have it unfortunately.
For sure will get it for next time!
Thank you!

@sofscaldeira Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting performed prior to posting.
I appreciate the detailed information shared. Since a restart has been performed, it's recommended to get in touch with our Support team as suggested by @Odyssey13, they will be happy to take a look at your Fitbit Warranty options.
Hope this helps. Have a good weekend.
