Fitbit Inspire HR display gone faint

My Fitbit Inspire HR display has gone faint and I would like to know how to reset if it is possible. Bear in mind it is very difficult to read the screen so ideas of scrolling through to any given part is nigh on impossible!

Hello @Princess_Fiona

Let’s try restarting your Inspire HR first to see if that helps. You won’t lose any data doing a restart. Look here to see how it’s done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm  If that doesn’t help try changing your clock face through the Fitbit App. If possible try changing it back to the clock face you got originally when you got the tracker or one made by Fitbit.
😃 im hoping a restart or a change of clock face resolved the problem and gave you a solution. Please let me know

Sadly, neither option has worked – the display is still very faint.

I’m so very sorry @Princess_Fiona that neither restarting your Inspire HR nor changing the clock face helped brighten your screen display. Unfortunately there is no way tho adjust the brightness by going through settings in the Inspire HR. It sadly doesn’t exist.
🥺 I’m sorry again the troubleshooting tips failed to help.
