Hi there,
I've recently got a Inspire HR and use it to log my runs. On the Fitbit App & Strava it doesn't show my route, it is blank where the map is. I find it really useful seeing my route when I run and am wondering why it's unable to do so if I carry my phone on my arm for GPS.
The map just shows a very small wiggly line and not the entire route. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hey @MarthaHewett welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! Thank you for reporting the issue when tracking your routes with connected GPS. I know how useful it is to see the map after working out.
I really appreciate the time you've invested in solving this. The Fitbit app runs in the background to keep you connected with certain Fitbit app features, please make sure that the option "as all-day sync" is turn and that your phone's internet is stable.
Note: To use connected GPS with your iPhone, make sure that Allow Location Access is set to Always for the Fitbit app. Confirm that you're following the correct steps to connect: How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
Restart your Inspire HR with these instructions:
Also you will find exactly what type of activities and how they connect with Fitbit, take a look of this information about Third Party Apps.
Give it try and keep me posted.
