Fitbit Inspire HR is not charging

My inspire hr is not charging anymore. I also tried with my sisters charger, but the same problem. Anyone with the same problem? Is it possible to replace the battery?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Lovisahawk.Thank you for letting us know that you tried  charging your Inspire HR with your sister's charger.

 

Please follow these steps to charge your tracker again:

  •  Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • Try a different USB port.
  • Make sure you use the charging cable that came with your device, as most cables aren't compatible with other devices. Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Restart your device. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 If your tracker still doesn't work after a restart, contact Customer Support.
