Fitbit Inspire HR is stuck on clock face

My Inspire HR is stocked on the clock face and does not change to any other face.

I am sorry to hear your Inspire HR is stuck on the clock face and won't change to any other face. I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

 

1. Restart your tracker by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

2. Try changing a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
