Hi. I have an Inspire HR that has suddenly become unresponsive this morning. I've tried the reboot, plugging the HR to the charger and pressing the button for 5 seconds. I get the smiley face, but then it disappears and the HR goes dead again. I've tried tried cleaning the contacts on the charger, checking the app (which wont sync with the HR) and any other method I could find online. Does anybody have any idea what's going on with it?

I’m having the same problem. I’ve had the inspire for 2 years and over the weekend it just blacked out, flashes the smiley face occasionally. Tried the reset also but nothing happens???

Suddenly won't sync.
Time is now 9 hours behind.
Interestingly will sync steps but not time!!!
Updated app and phone.
Turned off and on and updated everything!!!!

Same problem too just blacked out today and when charging gets smiley face but nothing else… anyone get any solution to this?

Had mine 18 months, charged it today and it said Nothing New here, no smiley face

I’ve followed the guide to change the clock face and it’s rebooted the Fitbit and is back working.. try that

I switched off Bluetooth on my phone then back on, then re paired it to my Inspire and presto! All good again here too. Weird solutions eh?! Thanks v much for the contact 👍
