Fitbit is no longer tracking my aerobic exercise. Did 1 hour of intense aerobics today and no exercise has been recorded. This has happened a few times now and is very frustrating!! The auto-recognize used to work for aerobics. Judging by all the issues being reported, there must be next to no regression testing being done. Recording exercise is a fundamental feature of the fitbit and without it this watch is next to useless for me. I am on the latest firmware update, have tried installing and uninstalling the app, turning on and off Bluetooth, restarting phone, and resetting the device. Nothing works.

@Naomiowe It's nice to have you on board!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR not detecting your aerobic exercises and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Your device detects activities based on the motion on your arm. The automatic detection is a feature called SmartTrack. For example when using the elliptical machine make sure you have the moving bars so your device detects the motion and records the activity itself, once an Elliptical activity is saved on your account it should show on the Recent Exercise area. If your heart rate is high but there isn't much motion (yoga, weight lifting, etc.) then these activities will be difficult to be detected by your device. Still you can manually log your activity so you have a record on your account or use the activity mode on the device itself.
Let me know how it goes.

The exercise that it used to record is high intensity boxing with a VR headset. It used to record this as "aerobic exercise", however I did over 25 mins of intense mode boxing. Heart rate was as high if not higher than my run today, with continuous arm movements from punching. It has recorded that my heart rate was in cardio, and has recoded "active minutes" but has failed to pick up any exercise. This used to work...
