Fitbit Inspire HR no longer turns on after swimming

I’ve had my Fitbit for almost a year but today I  wore it swimming and when I got home I realized it wouldn’t turn on. I’ve tried resetting it. Plugging it in and resetting it. Nothing happens. The green flashing light is blinking but that is all. Screen is black.
