Fitbit Inspire HR not charging

Dear Fitbit Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to report an issue with my Fitbit Inspire HR, which has been non-functional for the past 1-2 months. Initially, the device stopped working, but I could not address the issue immediately. Recently, I attempted to troubleshoot and revive it, but unfortunately, it is no longer charging or turning on.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

  • Cleaning the charging contacts on both the device and the charger.
  • Using multiple charging cables and different power sources (USB ports, wall adapters).
  • Rebooting the device using standard instructions available on the Fitbit website.
  • Ensuring no visible damage to the charger or device.

Despite all these attempts, the Fitbit Inspire HR remains unresponsive and does not seem to take a charge at all. Could you please assist with further troubleshooting steps or advise on how I can proceed to resolve this?

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards
