Fitbit Inspire HR not counting steps but it’s charged

My Fitbit is on but it’s not counting my step and the light in the back is not lit up, please help.

Let me help you with your Inspire not counting steps.Is your Inspire setup on your account? Does your device shows any steps on its screen? Try restarting it by following these instructions.
