Fitbit Inspire HR not displaying heart rate when tracking exercise

As long as I use the auto track feature, my inspire HR gives me heart rate. When I track through the exercise app and use my phone for GPS, I get a nice map, but the heart zone area is grayed out. Is there anyway to fix this? Seems odd that a fitbit designed to measure heart rate isn’t doing its job.

@Ladybugwalker Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned.

Please make sure you're starting the workout on your Inspire and then connecting it to the Fitbit app using connected GPS:

Hi!
Like Ladybugwalker, I can’t get the heart rate     zone working on the map. Says ”not enough data available”. However, my inspire hr is otherwise working just fine, tracks heart rate etc. What can I do to make the map sync the heart rate?

The Fitbit moderator gave an answer above that works. You just have to start the GPS tracking on your inspire HR and be sure to have the app set to “Always” in location services.

Have tried all these bullet points. Does not work... anything else I could try @SilviaFitbit  @Ladybugwalker ?
