New Christmas present disaster!
Fitbit inspire HR brand new out of packet been on charge now for 4 days.....just in case.
I created my profile etc in the app. The app finds my watch, then asks me for a PIN number that the watch is supposed to display. It shows nothing, never has done. But.....if I punch in a random ‘wrong’ PIN number into my phone then the watch vibrates!
Give me a clue please.
If not I’m going to the petrol station for a £5 version.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire HR screen. Try restarting it by following these instructions. After this see if the number shows during the setup.

Hi, I got a Fitbit inspire HR for Christmas. I’ve already been in touch with customer support about no display problem. They sent me a link with how to re-start the Fitbit but it does exactly the same. When on charge if I press the button for 5 secs to re-start it then the watch vibrates but nothing shows on the screen and when I try to pair it to my iPhone my phone asks for the passcode from the watch, but nothing is displayed. But if I input a random passcode into my phone then the watch vibrates probably telling me it’s the wrong passcode. Anyway, please help with my no display issue
