Fitbit Inspire HR not showing sleep data

Hi,

On my fitbit the sleep data is greyed out but I'm able to view my sleep data on my phone.

I've tried to restart and constant sync but still not working.

 

Please advise what else could be done

Hey I got the same issue, plus it didnt show my sleep stages or sleep scores.

Has this been resolved? My Fitbit HR hasn’t been showing sleep data since I bought it. I was told Fitbit was fixing it but it’s been almost 2 months now.
