Fitbit Inspire HR not turning on

Hello,

 

I am having the same problem as many people: Inspire HR not turning on even after pressing the button for 5 seconds, a smiley face and a vibration from time to time... That's it

 

I tried to find a solution to turn it back on, but after doing some research on this forum, it appears that there is no solution except having the Inspire HR replaced.

 

I would like someone from Customer Support to contact me to explain how to proceed to get my replacement product.

Thanks a lot for trying to restart your Inspire HR. I'd recommend wait until you get the information from our team, as I've requested a case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from Customer Support. Please reply with the information that they need to check your warranty options.

Hello,

I still have not been contacted by Customer Support.

It is obviously a defect in the product, since no solution has been provided on the forum by your company, and since a great number of customers have had the face the same problem..

Therefore, I would like to know what are the next steps to get a replacement FItbit Inspire HR, since I am not able to use mine anymore.

I thank you in advance for Customer Service for contacting me as soon as possible.

Hello,

I received an email with intructions.

I had already tried the link to the article that was sent to me "How do I restart my Fitbit", after finding it on this forum; It didn't work. I get the smiley and a vibration but nothing else.

The instructions in the email also asked me to update my Fitbit app. Unfortunately, it doesn't work either. I have followed instructions, connected to wifi, opened bluetooth, placed my Fitbit tracker next to the phone, but the update doesn't work. It asks me to open my bluetooth connection, which is open. But since the Fitbit doesn't start, I guess it cannot work.

Therefore, please let me know what to do next.
