My fit bit isn't working I have no connection my app doesn't seem to read it or recognise it! I only have a smiley face come on for a split second and it goes off again I have tried to reset it by holding on the side botton whilst it's charging but I'm not getting anything I have also tried to change the clock on the app but as the app is not recognising the product its not working pls can someone help!
