Fitbit Inspire HR screen isn’t responsive but still syncs?

Hi, I got a Fitbit Inspire HR in July of 2020 and it’s been working awesome until about a week ago when the screen went black. I tried to reset it and when I do the smiley face pops up and then nothing helps happens. I think it is somehow still syncing, but I’m not 100% sure. How do I fix this issue?

Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the tracker is still syncing try changing the clock face by following these instructions.

Hi, I tried to change my clock face but the app is telling me my Fitbit
isn’t connected, but it is somehow syncing. What do I do now?--
