Dear, hello.
My Fitbit -- after innumerous attempts of resetting it (and yes, I get the smiling face each time) - has an issue with the screen (which is not frozen, but stuck on the main screen) where i can no longer swipe "up and down" with my finger to access other options such as setting exercises mode and so on.
****** Message to Fitbit community moderators: could you please stop repeatedly answer same answer towards the community about the "resetting/restarting" the Fitbit ? and please **tackle the swiping issue**, which of I simply can't find an answer for that.
