Fitbit Inspire HR screen stays black

My Fitbit Inspire HR doesn't seem to work anymore. The screen is black and doesn't connect to the app anymore. I tried restarting it by holding the button for 10 seconds but it doesn't work.

 

The green light on the back of the Fitbit does still work.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @NReynders. Thank you for letting me know that you've tried restarting your Inspire HR by holding the button for 10 seconds to turn it on. 

 

Please try restarting your device again with these steps: 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  3. Press and hold the button or buttons on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
