Fitbit Inspire HR screen will not swipe

My fitbit Inspire HR will not let me swipe the screen or tap it change between steps, heartbeat ect.. I am able to use the button to go between the battery and the time.

I tried restarting it once and it let me tap to change between heartbeat step count ect but still wouldn't let me swipe and then that stopped working again so now I have tried restarting it and disconnecting it from the app/bluetooth and restarting it again but it still doesn't work.

Are there any other solutions?
