Fitbit Inspire HR stopped working

I have noticed over the months I've had my Fitbit inspire that the screen would stop working, or the touch screen wasn't super responsive but it wasn't that big of an issue since restarting it seemed to always fix it. Today I was out at the beach all day with the battery over 65%. The screen stopped working but as I said before that was pretty normal, but then my phone couldn't find my Fitbit to sync it. When I got home I tried plugging it in but it wouldn't even vibrate after I had it plugged in and pressed the button for 5 seconds. Now my phone does recognize it but says it has less than 0% battery life and no amount of charging has changed it. I have tried plugging it in for 30 minutes and restarting it but it won't turn on and my phone continues to tell me that it has no battery life. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I'm having the exact same issue. My Inspire HR was at over 90% the other day when it just stopped working. I've tried resetting on the charger. The screen came back on to show a clock face error. I changed the clock face in the app, but it didn't make a difference. As soon as I remove from the charger, it dies. When I put it back on the charger, the smiley face begins and it comes on briefly, but with obvious screen/touch issues as I'm unable to scroll. It flickers as if it's being tapped on its own. Even when the screen does briefly come on, there are issues with the display (pixelation/glitches). My Inspire HR is beyond the warranty period by a couple of months, so no other advice but to buy a new one. Very frustrating for it being just over a year old.
