Fitbit Inspire HR will not charge

I've had my Fitbit since December and it's worked great,  but two days ago when the battery was low it got really hot when charging and now it won't charge.  I've cleaned it and even got a new charger.

Hi @Britney0015, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it won't take a charge. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Since you mentioned that your Inspire HR got hot when on the charger, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
