Fitbit Inspire HR will not track steps or activity time even after reset.

My Inspire HR suddenly stopped tracking my steps or active time a d miles. I followed the reset directions several times. Restarted my phone. Force closed the app. I have a Galaxy S9. Its battery was 70% charged but I put it back in the charger. Any other suggestions? I have had it since the end of May.

@Adorkableme Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with your missing activity and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Where are you viewing your information? Is your Inspire HR syncing? If you are using the app, please try logging out from it (not just force quit it), restart your phone and log back in. Also share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account.

Let me know how it goes.

Mine is actually doing the same exact thing. I noticed yesterday that in the app it was not tracking anything for 3 days, however on device it was. I had to disconnect the device from the app and reset the device after doing so both the device and the app were syncing properly. However after getting home today I'd noticed that on the device itself (inspire HR) that it is not tracking any steps, mileage, heart rate etc the green laser on the back is not even on. not sure when it stopped completely but there's also no sleep data for last night
